We have taken 6 cruises with 3 different cruise lines, This was our least favourite for multiple reasons MSC and our travel agent failed to inform us that there would be 2000 vegan cruisers on this cruise and they would be taking 100% of the early dining. All other passengers were restricted to 8:30 p.m. dining. ( really who eats a meal at 8:30 p.m.? !!!! ) All of our documentation indicated that we would have 6 p.m. dining but fine print gives them the right to change it. The vegan cruisers booked one year in advance, MSC mislead us knowing that 6 p.m. dining was already booked up. The buffet served the same lame food every day, burger, fries, hot dogs and a few pasta salads. There was a pizza shop on board but it looked and tasted like cardboard. There was a great selection for breakfast but they had only one toaster for 4200 people. There was limited seating in the buffet area. Our cabin flooded from a pipe leak on the first and second night, there was not much effort put into the clean up and we were left with wet sour carpet for most of the trip. We got kicked out of our cabin on a sea day to try and address the problem with chemicals and a huge fan, why they didn't do this on a port day confuses me. Our suit case and some of our clothing got wet and had to be washed, our foot wear got wet and sour. They refused to move use to another cabin. Documents and web site indicated that room 12184 is approx 148sqf and balcony is 34sqf. We actually measure it to be 128sqf and 28sqft The announcements were annoying has they were announced in 6 different languages. English is not the main language. MSC is trying to cater to multiple cultures making it difficult for all cultures. Positives, This was the most beautiful ship we have ever sailed. The bar tending, drinks and drink packages was great. Swimming pools and the 8? hot tubs were always clean and never seamed to be over crowed. There was lots of seating on the decks and pool areas. The overall ship didn't seam crowded apart from the limited seating in the buffet area.

Misleaded, lied to and major room issues
