We chose this cruise for Southern Caribbean itinerary and we were going with neighbors. We did a B2B so we stayed on it an extra week. We were anxious to go on this ship after the refit and the reviews for good. Our expectations must have been too high because it did not compare at all to the Reflection we were on 2 years ago. There was no library and no place to play cards and games. The food was average. The Tuscan Grille was great! Highly recommend it. The buffet was spread out awkwardly. It did have a Stir Fry grill every evening that was really good and a pasta bar. Pizza was available all the time. The outdoor movie was on the back of the ship up several stairs. It did not have adequate seating and nothing shelted you from the hot sun. There was no bar service or water available while you were baking in the sun unless you left your movie and went to find a bar. Apparently they have changed their free movies on the tv's in your room. Nothing to watch in your down time or rest time without a huge fee! This ship, being so port intensive, did not have anything very interesting to do onboard. Would not sail on this class Celebrity again.
We had great service in all areas. The workers were terrific.
Cabins are small but adequate. Sofa is really a one person large chair. Small closet but we found enough room for storage. The shower in the bathroom was nice and not as small as some we've been on. I would recommend bringing your own toilet paper, soap and shampoo. Beds and linens were very nice. Love the chocolate on the pillow each night.
Room service twice a day. Room steward was terrific, Allen.
