Sail Date: Feb 2020
Cabin: Balcony Stateroom
Traveled with children

We have cruised 8 times (3 with NCL) and this was far and away the worst cruise trip that we have experienced.

The Breakaway was obviously at capacity on 02/15/2020 and the crew simply could not handle 4,000 guests.

Port Canaveral is very easy to get to, there is ample parking and embarkation SHOULD have been quick and easy. It was not. We were told that you could not board until noon. Many guests arrived around 10:30 and were on the ship by 11:00. Other guests, like our family, arrived at 11:30 and waited an extremely long time to get through security and to check-in. The port employees were rude and condescending. (with the exception of the porters who were lovely) Once on board, you could not make reservations for many events, dining or special amenities because the people who were allowed on board at 11:00 booked most of those.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

We did not like the layout of the balcony cabin on this ship.
