We sailed on the Equinox with a group of 18 ranging from our 16 year old son to a few in their 60's. Overall this was an excellent cruise with only a couple of things I feel could have been improved. I'll start with the positives as they far outweighed any negatives on this ship.
Embarkation - After a dozen or so cruises this was the easiest I've ever experienced. We had booked the 1:00pm time slot to board the ship but ended up arriving around 11:30 and simply waled right on board with zero waiting. The staff working embarkation were beyond friendly and helpful and Celebrity really has this process down to a science.
The Ship - This is a beautiful ship and is pretty elegant. It was exceptionally clean and well thought out. The artwork was very whimsical and interesting although not overly done.It was also quite easy to navigate and has very good flow.
This was a well appointed cabin with a better than average bathroom for a cruise ship. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was always good. The balcony was larger than a standard balcony on many ships.
This room also has a pullout sofa and a bed from the ceiling but we didn't use either.
