We were looking forward to a sught-seeing tour around Asia taking in Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Hong Kong Before ever getting on board NCL had cancelled Hong Kong and Ha Long Bay due to Coronavirus Enjoyed Singapore. Were advised at boarding that the itinerary had changed and that instead of sailing to Hong Kong we would be returning to Singapore so would need to change our flights home So we spent most of our time in Laem Chabang on the internet trying to rearrange our return flights and thus did not get much sight-seeing done Then we sailed to Sihounakville - dreadful place should never have been included in the itinerary. Even NCL were offering to refund the trip money if passengers wanted due to all the building works - it was just one large building site Then we were supposed to sail to Saigon but we were informed that the Vietnamese authorities would not let us in so we sailed up to Hue to be told the same that the Vietnamese authorities would. Not let us in - why the Captain thought one Vietnamese port would let us I after another had refused us is still a mystery to me So we ended up back in Singapore having managed two out of our seven expected ports and with six days at sea instead of two Not a great experience. The entertainment on board was mediocre - a couple of the evening shows were brilliant but, presumably because they expected us to on shore most of the time they were not geared up for anything during the day The food was OK although we did complain that it was luke warm most of the time - the service was quite slow. The customer service was dreadful. Most days there were queues all around the Atrium as passengers were trying to find out what was happening. Very sad to have had such a horrible time. Don't think we will ever bother cruising again

Worst cruise ever
