I often wonder if cruise lines read these reviews. We have sailed Carnival numerous times.and now at Platinum level. through the years we have had our ups and downs but with this cruise we found everything was terrific. From getting on the the last final day getting off was a surprise and pleasure. The ship is nice and easy to find your way around. There are lots of hot tubs and places to relax. If I were to go negative i must once again applaud the pool chair hogs who put their claim on a chair early in the morning until the end of the day. this is an issue on every cruise we have been on. this ship was no different except there were lots of chairs just some not in the most fun areas.
The cabin was very nice and bright with Timur as a great cabin attendant. No issue was too much for him and the room was immaculate. We usually experience at least one tragedy with our evening dining but this time the service in the Sapphire was excellent thanks to Aleksandar and his team. We are anytime dining but made a special request for his team. The food was pretty good and again no issues or complaints.
Entertainment was also terrific with great productions shows including a new one called Ramsey Boys which is country music. Fantastic!!! We have seen the other productions shows and always impressed and the Breezes group held that standard. the County duo were fun and entertaining as well as the other groups. Lots of fun and entertainment on this ship. Even the piano guy was good and not as vulgar as others on Carnival we have walked out on. Carnival pays tribute to our Veterans and once again NoNo did a wonderful job and her crew did keep entertainment going all the time. Unfortunately NoNo the cruise director had a medical issue and not around the last couple of days.
