We have taken many cruises over the years and Viking has always been the best. Now we only cruise with Viking due to their exceptional customer service, all of our Viking cruises have exceeded our expectations. The ship, cabin, dining, entertainment, services, ports and shore excursions were all excellent. Our cabin was promptly cleaned and restocked several times each day. The choices of food, whether it be in the dining room or buffet were outstanding and the food was always fresh. Embarkation and disembarkation were handled very smoothly with almost no wait time. The staff were all very helpful, professional and very friendly. The treatment we received while on our Viking cruise was outstanding, very positive experience and would highly recommend Viking Cruises, ocean and riverboat, we have been on both and they are equally a great value with all that is included, truly a relaxing, fun, remarkable experience. We will definitely be booking more Viking cruises in the future.
