Travelled with family. Ship was beautiful. As embarking we were hounded by in-your-face sales/photo people. This continued throughout ship. Very annoying! Cabin very clean. Compliments to room cleaning crew. Seated dining was terrible, being rushed thru dinner for 2 other later seatings. Staff was pressed to get food served. Food mediocre. Pasta portions too small. Buffet crowded and people pushy and rude. Food ok. Entertainment was good. As leaving theatre after show, passengers were blocked by dance/singing group. Very loud and noisy. Service at bars were packed and slow. Too many people to handle. Smoking in casino was terrible. No smoking preferred. Pool area was terrible when at sea. Too crowded not able to get table/lounge chairs. Too little staff to take care of drink requests. Many arguments erupted because of no pool area seating available. Should have security more available there and throughout ship. More ice cream stations needed. Or serve yourself. Bathrooms near pool were disgusting as staff could not clean up fast enough for so many on board. Getting off/on ship for ports was organized. Visiting ports was nice. Did not like Ochos Rios as bombarded with salespeople. No shore excursions, too expensive. Embarkation/disembarkation was organized. I would not go again, too many passengers which gave way to customer service. Smaller ship, better quality and service.
