The good: Princess Medallion system is excellent, fast embarkation, easy room access, order stuff right from your phone app. Ship based internet is now reliable and has good speed. Caribbean in February is awesome. 85f and sunny every day is just what we were looking for. Crew workers as always are giving it their best. Loved Ford vs Ferrari movie on the big outside screen. And some issues: Due to powerplant problem and resulting loss of sailing speed, one port was eliminated and time in others was cut short. This doesn't get repaired for several months in the future...requires drydock. The ship is in need of some updating cosmetically which I believe happens in the fall. The food (both buffets and evening dining) is definitely not as good and less selection from past years. Lots of servings of tough beef. Lots of unappetizing stew and similar dishes. Filling a lot of slots with vegan and gluten free offerings that very few people are actually taking. Daytime activities are reduced from previous years. Production show singers/dancers would be considered mediocre in a high school show, but the band and outside entertainers were very good. Had to arrive AT LEAST a half hour early to get a seat for shows in the big auditorium and there is nothing going on during that time, not even commercials on the projection screen and no drink servers.

A good experience, less good than in the past.

Cabin Review

Balcony
Cabin BC
It was fine. Everything worked as it should.
(Note: our balcony cabin was across the aisle from a crew work station and they start making a lot of noise every day at 5am - squeaky door hinges, slamming door, loud talking) so be careful where you select a cabin. This is the first time I've encountered it).
