Family cruise.
The good - nice ship and facilities. Food quality also good. Buffet was never crowded and never had to queue.
The bad - Dining room service was hap-hazard and very slow. Clearly a lack of staff for the dining rooms.

standard balcony dirty carpet, dirty walls in the bathroom hand prints clearly visible on the walls from the previous guests. room service didn't show on one occasion. no apology when i chased and re ordered. didn't sleep at all well on this ship.
