I understand that nickle-and-diming guests is core to the cruise business now, but making drinking water hard to come by is unconscionable. Staff wanted a $9 value drink ticket for a bottle of water, or would stand there and pour it into a cup for free. The only drinking fountain is hidden in the gym, with a 'no bottle filling' sign. Added one star to review because everything else was very good. Dining options for a gluten sensitive person were offered or available. Kid activities look good ( but were unutilized for this music-themed cruise). Planned shore excursions were a good value, well organized, and flexible for us when we missed the departure for one. Embarkation was pretty quick - facilities seem to be finally catching up with the size of the jumbo ships. Same with tenders at Belize and the pier at Cozumel. This trip did have a couple medevacs which were handled quickly, but with an oversize impact on running activities (it's actually better to keep people in the theater and out of the hallways when trying to move a stretcher).

Cheapened to extreme
