It's been years since we sailed on NCL, but we thought we would give it a try. Major disappointment. The show/entertainment was sub-par. The food in the dining room ms and buffet were awful, but the service was good. Our room Stewart was very rude. The casino set up was cool. Embarkation was smooth. The entire cruise seemed disorganized. We had a storm which stopped the tenders from running, so we ended up with an unexpected sea day. Our next excursion was to the beach in Jamaica. It was raining when we left, but the coordinator said we were going to the other side of the island and it would take about an hour, do the rain should pass. It didn't, and we got torential rains all day. When we returned to the ship and complained, they did give us 25 percent back.... oh boy. The cruise director had no idea what to do and people were all sitting around looking lost. NCL just kept nickel and diming us the entire cruise. We prefer Carnival and will be headed back, fast!
