I wanted to take my mom on a quick cruise for her birthday. I always have cruised Royal Caribbean have been pleased in the past. This cruise was not up to Royal Caribbean standards AT ALL! At first, they lost our luggage and would not offer any assistance to find it. I went searching on my own and found it three floors up at the opposite end of the ship. So I begin to carry to extra large suitcases back to my room. Passed by many employees and not one offered to help me and even seeing me struggle. I get our luggage back to our room. We go to dinner the first night, LATE cause we had no luggage to change, and my mother being a diabetic was having issues and not one employee offered to get her a snack or anything. Dinner was about the only thing I can say was decent on this ship. Our waiter was AMAZING. However during our cruise, any employees that we would pass in the halls or come in contact with, acted like they hated their jobs. Not a hello, good morning, good evening nothing. Tried to go to two comedy shows and the act never showed. I did complain and nothing was done. Last day of the cruise I complained again and was given Royal Caribbean credit on my next cruise of less than 200.00 for both me and my mom. We paid over a 1000.00 for the 4 day cruise. I have not cruised with Royal Caribbean since and I have been on three more cruises with other companies since this nightmare. I guess you can say I am throwing 200.00 away. It is worth it to have peace of mind that I won't have another experience like this.

Cabin Review

Ocean View Balcony

cabin was standard. Was supposed to be an oversize balcony room. It wasn't anything special
