Cabin: Fantastica Balcony Stateroom
This is our third cruise with MSC and they didn't disappoint. Another clean and beautiful ship with service to boot. What we found special on this cruise was the theatre entertainment both by the ship's entertainment staff and by Cirque du Soleil. Never have we been on a cruise (9 cruises) that had such consistently high value. Every show (we saw up to 3 a day) ended in a standing ovation from 800 people. The Cirque shows were especially entertaining and compared to land prices a real bargain.
Our only critique would be the Galleria which became quite congested when the theatre let out. Other than that we had little to complain about (although I'm sure some will, they always do).
We also had a great time at the Cruise Critic gettogether on board. A good time was had by all.

Fantastica Balcony Stateroom
A nice sized cabin in a fantastic location. Very convenient to everything. Quiet. Storage is adequate if a bit tight but the room itself is quite roomy. Sorry to see free movies go. There is now a charge of $8 for each movie. I hope you like TCM, it's included no charge.

Costa Maya
A nice shopping area at the end of the pier. Entertainment, bars, shopping and even a pool area for the use of shoppers.
Belize City
A nice shopping area with shops, restaurants and bars at the pier. Very new and well done. We didn't take an excursion due to the safety concerns in the city.
Roatan
I have been here before and done excursions then. This time was more relaxed shopping.
Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve
Very new and very well run. Good to know; your beverage package works on the island as well as on the ship.
