We were excited to sail on one of Carnival's newest ships but the maintenance issues and poor guest service left us extremely disappointed.

First, we paid the additional fee for priority boarding. When we arrived to the port we were informed that priority boarding is only for the first passengers to board the ship and that it had ended at 10am. When we purchased priority boarding we were not informed of a time stipulation. The embarkation process was slow but smooth.

When we boarded the ship there was a stench in the hallway and in our room. We booked a junior suite, the booking agent told us that the balcony was larger, the balcony was standard size.

Junior Suite

The size was nice, walk-in closet, mini-frig and couch were convenient. The busted pipe ruined the trip for us, it took days to repair the issue and there was a smell that lingered for days.
