We almost cancelled this cruise as the Breakaway has such horrible reviews. They are to be believed. We made 6 trips to guest services in total. They really need retrained in customers service, they are horrible. The story is very long but involves our onboard credit account. We will not be sailing with NCL again. The staff in the complimentary dining rooms are snotty at best. The bars open and close at odd hours.. try and get a soda; that is not happening. This is how they treat platinum members. We will be trying a different cruise line thay pays more attention to customer service. Perhaps NCL needs to read these reviews to make a better experience for all of their passengers.
On a side note, we went with a group of almost 200 members of Cruise Critic. The captian didn't even show for the meet and greet. That about says it all.
