I was prepared to have not-so-good experience after reading reviews and because we had tight budget and it's impossible to return the tickets so I flight to Miami with heavy heart, especially when i was a planner for our family trip. But luckily, the trip went smooth, we had so many good memories, the cruise experience was way beyond my expectation.

First of all, I'm not experienced cruise traveller, this is my 2nd time. The first time was with Carnival Cruise. It was fun but the ship was soooo crowded and people were drunk from day to nights, It's forever to wait for table at restaurant, buffets are not better when people forget the definition of "line". 2nd time with MSC Divina, I think we're less clueless and well-prepared this time, so we can enjoy every moments on the cruise, adding the fact the staffs on cruise are well - organizing and friendly. I heard many ppl complain abt the cold-face busters and housekeepers, as a ppl working in service industry, I understand how hard those guys have to work, especially on cruise, roughly around 11 works/ 7 days a week can't make you smile and hospitalized all-the-time. But every time I pass by and say hello to them, they warmly say back to us. After all, machines still have bugs, people can't be perfect all the time. I wish ppl less being rude.

Aside from ppl, experience with foods , shows , casino, and excursions are quite well. The shows are enough entertaining. Casino is small but we had lots of funs there so it's ok. Foods are the another thing that receive so many complains but I don't understand why. The kinds and tastes are way more than ok. Most of dishes in the buffet side are repetitive but they have " daily special" counters and we always find something we want. Fine-dine is also good, yes , the food is not gourmet, it looks "gourmet", but even it's not gourmet, it's still good-taste. Fine-dine menu changes everyday and fit the theme of destination, so we always have something new. We booked only 1 excursion because we do have some bookings by ourself before the trip and that only one total satisfied us, from their well- management to their choice of affiliate service.
