Dates of travel; to try Viking Ocean ships, ship is beautiful, love the public spaces. Cabin is quite well designed, with great storage and organization. We wish there were some sort of small prizes in daily trivia games, some Viking labels small items, perhaps?. We enjoyed both specialty restaurants -- would like to know menu focus when reserving a particular night at Chef's Table. Entertainment was Very Good. Open forum with Historian on board was particularly interesting. Airport reception and transfers handled very efficiently. Luggage to room was quite slow, reportedly due to Miami port issues. Pre-cruise information, documentation and videos were great and very helpful Be sure to download the MyViking app, which is very, very useful on board. I particularly like the organization of Guest Services. They were excellent and always quite helpful. When given the opportunity by itinerary, dates, and offers we will gladly travel Viking again.
