  3. Royal Princess
Overall we enjoyed the Royal Princess. The staff is excellent with the exception of our room steward who was just average. We returned to our cabin several times later in the day, and it had not been serviced. This also happened at evening turn down. The ship is beautiful and our suite well appointed, however it was very worn with stains on the carpet and couch. The bathroom was "very" dirty and our balcony was filthy!! Most of the public areas were clean except the buffet seating areas which could have used a scrubbing. The food was excellent in both the MDR and buffet's. Serve was also excellent in both places. The entertainment from the ship's dancer's/singer's were somewhat lacking. Music was very loud and show themes were sometimes disjointed and dark. Comedian, guest singer and musicians were good. Entertainment in the Piazza was good. The sales consultants in the Faucets store were very pushy to the point of being rude when you didn't but anything. Internet was good all the times we used it. Really liked the "on demand" tv/movie selection Medallion worked well and was easy to use.

We expected more
