The reason why I give this Cruise a 2 is because the quality of the food was horrible. Do not I repeat Do not eat the desserts on this ship it's either dry or mushy. This was our first time sailing on MSC and we were excited. The entertainment is excellent best ever. The staff was great also. I give a huge shout out to Julie's on deck 6 in the coffee shop. He was awesome and had great customer service. Our room attendant Dan was great as well. Sad to say good is a big part of going on a cruise. We will not be sailing with MSC again. We will go back to Norwegian and Royal Caribbean they offer quality food and have more options for complementary food as well. MSC you have to pay extra for Zipline etc.. they just nickel and dime you for things that are included on Norwegian and Royal Caribbean. You live and learn.
