The design of this ship is so fraught with problems that is amazes me it ever got through the design phase. The go-cart track and laser tag take us so much deck space that any other open deck area is chaotic and simply unbearable... it was like Butlins Holiday Camp on steroids for any other Brits reading this. Unless you pay extra, which I tried to do on day one once I released the terrible design and everything was sold out, there is not one other area on the whole ship where you can lay out in the sun in peace. Your balcony is the only quite place to read a book outside.

One of my party was a smoker and treated like a leper with no facilities and security constantly trying to arrest people. Staff were the worst trained team ever and constantly messed up food and orders. Specialty restaurants fine, buffet average with no variety each morning at breakfast. Entertainment average and luckily we booked before we sailed as it was very hard to book if you did not pre-arrange.

I came back almost the same color as I went as the port calls were short (one evening only) and there was simple no-where outside to go on sea days without being in the totally overcrowded deck area with no beds or seating unless you went out at 7am and put your towel down... it was boring on this ship as the relaxing cruise experience was hard to find.
