The reason for this cruise is simple: ANTARCTICA!!! The most amazing place I've ever been. The other ports were Buenos Aires, Ushuaia, Falkland Islands (cancelled because of weather) Puerto Madryn, Argentina and Montevideo. There were a lot of sea days so I think they struggled to find enough entertainers or those willing to fly to South America. For example; the in house performed a night of Broadway songs, except these were Broadway songs you never heard of. It was obvious they were performing songs that the cruise line wouldn't have to pay royalties on. The rest was quite mundane, basically pop tunes with flashy costumes. The Enrichment was excellent, especially Celia Garland, the Naturalist. But all the speakers were quite good. We were in Aqua Class and ate most our meals at Blu, which was excellent and very enjoyable. The staff was terrific and we had interesting conversations with many fellow passengers at dinner. The specialty restaurants were quite good, but I'm not sure they were worth the extra charge. The other restaurants, like Moonlight Sonata, were nothing special. The Spa was very good as was the gym. The elevators are awful and the library is very nice, but needs a librarian and a better selection of books. Some of the crew have an attitude. Especially in the buffet restaurant and in Shore Excursions, where I had to deal with two snotty Millennial's that needed to be spanked and put to bed without their supper. The ship itself is very nice and well maintained. Despite its shortcomings the experience was excellence and Antarctica spectacular

Antarctica is Indescribable

Very clean, comfortable, good floor plan. Only complaint there is no closet light and it was difficult to see.
