1st time on Norwegian, and most likely our last. Lots of positives (extremely dedicated & hard working waiters, bartenders, cabin staff...very comfortable cabins), but because we spent 5 of 7 days confined to the ship (sea days), attention needs to be focused on customer experience. So here is a fresh off the cruise feedback.

-Small ship because of the Tampa Skyway bridge restrictions. You may/may not like depending on your preferences.

-Older ship (20 Years) that had been refurbished/pretty good shape (I was expecting worse) but still needs improvements. Not equipped well for the handicapped. Oversized persons may have difficulty utilizing the small bathroom layout. Access for Aqua and Venetian restaurant’s was confusing, but we finally figured it out.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin was just fine. Bathroom was a little small so I could easily see overweight passengers having a hard time getting in/out of the toilet area. Cabin attendee was awesome!
