We were all waiting a large warehouse type building up to 6 hours to acess ship!! No explanation, no apologises. Then once on the ship, we were ordered to take part in the health and safety exercise, when most of us were exhausted and hungry. Organisation in disembarking for excursions, were chaotic & disorganised. An excursion to Rio was not included as part of the itinerary. Sorry, there was an excursion, but it was on the day that we were to leave the ship. Entertainment mainly catered for the Portuguese speaking people, we were guessing what was being said or sang. Although some of the staff were friendly and helpful, some staff struggled to under any other language but their own. Positives..our cabin was comfortable, clean and maintained by the staff that attended to it. Some staff were were friendly. Sorry, I won't be travelling with MSC again based on this experience.
