This was our 3rd time on the Dawn and wow has it changed, and not for the better. All the staff are friendly but slow. They are very hard to understand. I had a few repeat what they were saying but after the second time I just smiled. We were seated in the Aqua dinning room for 20 minutes and did not see our waiter so we left. The food on NCL has gone down hill. It seems that the perks they give you have taken a toll on the dinners. Most of the food for the dinners dishes seems like they have combined the leftover to form a new dish with a different name. Except in the special dinning. No ice in the cabin,No lobster night. No shrimp cocktail in the regular dinning rooms. No fancy desserts (baked Alaska or Cherries Jubliee) No towel animals.

Our cabin person was great. He was always smiling and very helpfull.

This will be out last trip on NCL
