Sail Date: Dec 2019
Cabin: Standard Inside

My husband had never sailed with Cunard and I wanted him to share the experience. Having sailed on QM2 from the UK back in 2010, I was worried it might be a little austere but I could not have been more wrong. We were at least 20 years younger than most passengers and we have never seen so many zimmer frames in one place but it was wonderful from start to finish. It was only a 2 night trip from Adelaide to Melbourne but since coming back we have booked to more trips for 2020 and 2021.

Staterooms - beautiful in every way

Afternoon Tea - opulent and calorie-laden but you have to have it!

Cabin Review

Standard Inside

This was the most economical room grade but it was more than adequate and extremely comfortable. As a past passenger, we were given a bottle of champagne on arrival which was a lovely touch.

Port Reviews

Adelaide

We arrived at the ship directly from the airport. It is quite a distance to the port so allow $50+ dollars for a cab.
