Wanted to visit Kizhi church and get to know St Petersburg and Moscow better (took both pre and post extensions) Everything worked out very well! The enrichment activities were fabulous, interesting and entertaining. Loved learning some Russian. The silver drink package is a great complement, excellent wines and after dinner drinks. Loved the idea of getting to know our neighbors! The service during meals was outstanding. Loved the idea of buying 50% off "gifts cards" Visiting the subways bth in St Petersburg and in Moscow was a wonderful adventure. Taking the hydrofoil to return from the Peterhof palace was beautiful and offered a different perspective of the city. The red square is impressive but visiting the Kremlin was well beyond my expectations, in particular the churches and the Armory (not to miss). The huge weakness of traveling in Russia are the museum ticket offices, we purchased online tickets for the Ermitage (a must as it provides quick access to a great museum). We wish we have done the same for the Armory in Moscow as the ticket offices are..... the worst example of services provided by bureaucrats: absolute 0 service.

Wonderful experience!
