Viking went above & beyond to provide exceptional service & experience even though Elbe River was too low to sail on for entire cruise! Hotel stay in Berlin was excellent seeing very historical sights. All of the ports along the Elbe River were beautiful with friendly locals. Prague was amazing & a must see on any trip to Europe. The Viking staff provided exceptional service during entire cruise with delicious food choices at every meal. The cabin was kept spotless, well appointed with all the storage needed and loved the large window on lower level. The shore excursions were very interesting and professionally handled with comfortable motor coaches, knowledgeable friendly tour guides and had short travel times from ship to cities to start the tours. Every effort was made to provide extra transportation for those who had trouble walking on some of the long tours. Had a wonderful time from beginning to end!
