I took a chance and boy did it pay off. Fantastic shore excursions, biking, crabbing and visiting with locals in their home were real highlights. The sea days were great for the spa and hot tub. I actually found time to go to the fitness center.

The food was out of this world. My wife likes poached eggs. One of the cooks realized this and had them ready for her every morning.

We will not forget crossing the Arctic Circle, swimming in ice water, kissing a salmon and getting a blue nose. Read more
