This cruise checked many boxes for us. It included stops in Spain and Portugal as well as England, France, Belgium and the Netherlands (Amsterdam) and to top it all off, Copenhagen. The excursions were by and large informative and entertaining, dampened only by some cold rain in Madrid and Rouen. Otherwise all was great. We especially enjoyed Brugges and Amsterdam excursions, the guides were just great and very knowledgeable. On board experience was better than expected, service was top notch and food, as expected, was wonderful. We did enjoy the on board entertainment. Days at sea were minimal, but even then we found them good for a chance to take a break and enjoy the amenities, the music and entertainment. We would recommend this cruise to friends who have not travelled much and would like to see several countries to decide where they might travel in the future, on Viking, of course.

Cabin Review

Very roomy, plenty of storage, an altogether comfortable state room.
