We chose this cruise because we had enjoyed a previous holiday in the Caribbean and wanted to see more of it.
From the moment we boarded Viking Sea, we felt that we were valued guests and we were really impressed with the focus on service.
We received feedback requests and chose to respond. What really surprised us was that not only did we get a written reply but that it showed that the management had actually read what we had written.
Cabin Review
We were very happy with our chosen cabin. It was more than sufficiently spacious so we booked a smaller cabin on a more recent cruise and were fine.
The service to our cabin was excellent and reinforced our overall view of Viking.
