We were on the Carribean Cruise for 12 days December 27, 2019-Jan 7, 2020..the ship itself is beautiful the interior and the rooms are nice..we had booked 3 balcony staterooms with the whole family..upon arrival to check in they had changed our room without notifying us at all..they moved us to another floor away from the rest of the family..later at reception they said it was a double booking by accident and they gave out room away to someone else..our luggage ended up going to the original room..we didn’t get it until we called and they searched for it..very late at night..custom service was HORRIBLE!! They didn’t do anything for our inconvenience which was totally their fault!! FOOD IS GARBAGE!! Pizza and pasta..New Years was so boring and didn’t feel like New Years celebration at all!!! Took customer service 1 month to reply that they are sorry for this and can’t do anything further..we’ve been on many cruises but this one is the worst EVER!!!
