This is probably our 10th total cruise and at least our 7th on NCL. Me an my Wife are in our early 40's and had a 7 year old daughter that was traveling with us as well. We had a family balcony room on the 12th deck with easy access to the kids club. We were able to utilize the promo with the 5 free offers with airfare and transfer. Probably one of the best values that we have gotten to date on a cruise.

This was the first time that we had booked all portions of the trip though the cruise line. That being said we had very little involvement in choosing our flight times and the the outgoing flight was a tight window between the time that we arrived at the airport and when the ship departed. With us coming from MN in Jan., I would have liked to have a little more involvement in picking the fight times, but I understand that they are responsible for getting us there as well and will make arrangements if we were delayed. It did cause a little concern for my wife though.

The transportation provide by NCL was adequate, but there was not really very good communication from NCL on the process. We were able to easily figure it out, but going in it was not communicated very well. Read more
