Because of ports and price. We thought the food choices were not what we expected. First time on Norweigan and probably will not use them again. we missed two ports due to Weather and very rough rocking of ship. No shrimp offered and the smoke in casino was TERRIBLE. People were smoking in the non smoking areas. The last night I ordered strip steak and it was about 1/4” thick. We have always traveled with Royal Caribbean and I guess my expectations were too high for Norweigan. One night in the Manhattan Dining Room we had terrible service we had to ask our waiter for water and bread three times before he brought them to us. Our cabin steward was very good his name was Trevor and he was very helpful whenever we needed anything. We were hoping that this cruise would have been better as we wanted to try a new cruise line. Also there were 8 In our party and two couples were on the 13th deck and the other two were in the 11th deck and they were on opposite ends of the deck seems to me they could have accommodated us better as we booked together.
