Went on a cruise and upgraded (for a small fortune) to the premium liquor - they ran out of the wine very early and many other beverages daily. We complained and they provided the basic package. When we left they said we’d get a survey - big surprise never received one. Very, very disappointed.
When we arrived asked for the fees to be in our currency. They processed incorrectly and if we hadn’t noticed would have cost of several hundred in fees.
The entertainment was mediocre- at times the expected entertainment did not arrive.
Cleaning crew was amazing.
When we checked in they made an error and used a different currency which wouI’d have incurred a lot of fees if we had not caught it. Bit of a hassle correcting.
