This is the third Legend cruise for my sister and me over the past few years. It is convenient to get to Tampa and the ship is great. Following are the main high and low points of our cruise:

1. Main Dining Room: In the main dining room, the nightly offering of sirloin steak has been replaced with Flat Iron steak, whatever that is. I was afraid to order it. The BBQ ribs, prime rib and Chateaubriand were the highlights in the entrEe department. Best of the appetizers were the crab cakes, fried shrimp, quesadilla, grilled Tiger shrimp, stuffed mushrooms and farmer's salad. Best dessert is the chocolate warming cake, with the Cappucino ice cream pie and Grand Marnier soufflE coming in second. Don't forget, Cappucino is available at no charge and comes in regular and de-caf. Anytime Dining was great, never a wait. Carlos and his team were outstanding and I would highly recommend asking for them.

2. Lido Buffet Breakfast: Quality and selection have gone down hill. For breakfast, nothing changes throughout the week. Same offerings every day. Lack of enough omelet stations makes for some long waits, but it is worth it.

Cabin Review

Cabin ins

6191 - inside cabin. While you don't get a couch, the countertop, where everyone's stuff winds up, is the length of the entire room. We loved having so much counter top space. We take the small chair and little round table and shove them in closets, under the other chair, etc. so there is no clutter on the floor. Downside - either all lights are on or all lights are off, with the exception of the 2 bed-side lamps. Without light from outside, not a lot of choice. Would be nice to have some lighting on without all of it on. This was an excellent location - sleeping rooms only above and below. Too far from the elevator to hear the "dings". Loved this room !
