My family and I just returned from our cruise on the 'Escape'. Unfortunately, for Norwegian, we have cruised before and had a great ship(MSC Seaside) to compare this voyage to. I would, however, like to give the crew a big hand as they all worked hard to make this a memorable experience. Special mention to Alma Clarito, Aliea Puey, and Emelia Baldovino for making our trip so special. Also, thanks go to Angelo Cabanas ,Gerald Castillo, and Capus, Richard, Ketut, and Gunawan. Oh, and the tiny Filipina with braces who always poured my cognac.
We had fair weather and smooth(mostly) sailing. There were some nice stops on this trip. Animals, Beaches, snorkeling, and always lots of Shopping and EATING!!!!! I did, however, find the cruiseline to be quite expensive for things such as add-ons, like Spa, Salon, specialty dining and shows, and simply crazy for photos too.
I found MSC to be more reasonable, and I will try other lines in the future, but, all-in-all, we had a good time.
very normal size, nice bathroom, fits 4pp....tightly.
Loved the grounds. Wish our ship card worked there.
We always visit The Blue Reef resort, up the road.
Where we did some snorkeling and shopping
