We went with my sister and her husband who have done numerous Viking Cruises. The staff was lovely, the entertainment was top notch, and the side trips were very educational. And, the food was delicious! The entertainers were very talented and professional and a delight to talk with them. The ship was beautiful and kept so clean, and the number of travelers on the ship (900) was just the right amount. Iceland is a very interesting geological country with the Technotonic Rift and geothermal springs. kIt was so interesting to see how the town of Rekavik was heated with the hot water of the geothermal hot water. The fjords of Norway are absolute eye candy - such beauty! We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our trip.

All the side trips were so well organized, and there was something of interest for everyone - including the disabled. And when we weren't on the sightseeing trips, there was always something todo aboard the ship. We plan on doing another cruise in the future.

Cabin Review

Comfortable and very well organized.
