we decided on this cruise because of the length of time the cruise was and because we had been on the Getaway 5 times within the last few years and loved it. This ship does not even come close to the service on the Getaway. I have been on over 80 cruises and almost all the cruise lines and this by far was the worst service. The ship itself was nice. The cabin we had was very nice 10138. It was a balcony so very nice to sit outside, when we were able to. It was an extremely rough cruise with high winds and waves. We missed 2 ports because on the high winds, which I can't blame the cruise line for.Dining service was the worst I have experienced. Long waits for food, we had to ask for water, the tables in the buffet were not cleared. Most of guest services were rude. One of the female officers yelled at us when we were getting off the ship

Six and Burn the Floor were amazing and well done.

Some ports were very nice, some not, Jamaica was a port that looked like a old run down shipping port that was being worked on. it did not look safe to leave so we went back to the ship. There was no shopping nothing.Grand Caymen turtle farm was very nice although i felt very sorry for some of the turtles but it has improved from the last time we visited.
