I chose this cruise because of the countries it included. The staff on all the Viking cruises I have been on always make me feel special. The tours are interesting. The guides are knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to answer questions. I appreciate the capability of accessing information on the TV in the room. The food is excellent, service is above expectations. Viking cruises are well worth the money because of comfort, friendly staff, knowledgeable guides, and all the extras included. I have observed and experienced the help desk staff deal with questions and/or problems professionally, calmly, and efficiently. It amazes me that everything is dealt with promptly. Days are well planned out. Guests can participate in as many activities as they want or find many places to relax however they want. The entire ship is always spotless. The many different types of restaurants offer cuisine for everyone’s palate. I highly recommend Viking river and ocean cruises. My experience on each has consistently exceeded my expectations.
