Cabin: Balcony

We have cruised many times (with another cruise line). This was the lowest quality of food, variety of food, lack of customer service, and mediocre entertainment that we have experienced. Our room with a balcony was good. Lots of space. The mattress and pillows were not to our liking (too soft) but tolerable. Our cabin steward was great . Bar/drink staff were hard to find many times around the pool areas. Entertainment was low quality and not a lot of variety. Our regular dinner service was great. If only we could say the same about the food. The best thing we had was a steak ordered off the main dining menu at an extra cost. We traveled with another couple (no children) and they felt the same. We enjoyed our excursion to hike to the El Faro Lighthouse in Mazatlan and the private beach resort in Puerto Vallarta. We also did the Turtle Sanctuary in Manzanillo, that was interesting but sad. Cabo was relaxing and food and atmosphere was good.

Alvin did a great job.

Port Reviews

Cabo San Lucas

Cabo is always fun. Lots to do. Hang out on the beach, eat at THE OFFICE, go walking around or shopping. You can even get a taxi and go to the glass blowing place and bring home some great things!
