The buffet is the only good thing about this ship except if you want to get a drink...You can make eye-contact with a waiter but then they turn and walk the other way. The dining room meals are mediocre. There are not enough elevators on the ship for 5,000 people. The acoustics on the ship are terrible...you can’t really carry on a conversation anywhere on the ship because of the noise. The shows are okay with the same 25 performers in different costumes every night. The staff is very unfriendly and they all looked like they didn’t want to be there. There is wi-fi on the ship, if you can get it to work on your phone...good luck with that. I gave up.

This ship is more for foreigners, not Americans.

Balcony rooms were excellent and clean.

The cabin was very nice. Our room attendant was excellent!
