Cruise to Canaries for winter sun, spoilt by below average food.
We cruised on Cunard 5 times, two on Queen Elizabeth, One on Queen Mary and Two on Queen Victoria.
The last on Queen Victoria and never again.
We have cruised many times mostly with Oceania and Regent Seven Seas.
Our last two cruises have been with Cunard on Queen Victoria in a Princess grill suite and MSC Bellissima in the Yacht Club.
We would like to make comparisons between the two.1 low10 high
Suites QV 7. MSC. 9(would be 10 but the walk in wardrobe was on the small side)

Service QV 7. MSC. 10
Dining QV 2 (Roast pork covered in barbecue sauce which was inedible, a sandwich was offered as an alternative.table water was very chlorinated and bottled water was chargeable.) MSC. 8
Embarkation QV. 6. MSC 10 ( personal butler assisted at port to suite on board)
Disembarkation QV 6 MSC 10 (personal butler assisted from suite to port)
Lounge QV. 7. MSC. 10 ( drinks and snacks all day)
I think that Cunard are outdated with their insistence on Jackets for men every night. We have had 24 cruises on Oceania and never taken a jacket since the first cruise.
