The entire pool deck at TV end couldnt be used due to all the replacement parts sitting all around & not able to have Dancing or evening affairs due to RC using the New Years cruise to replace TV, but it would be ready for next cruise who paid the same fare!! Took the entire 10 days to do this & have pictures to prove, forcing ALL events to be held in Solarium which isnt big enough for all to participate. Shame on RC for doing this at Sea & making it difficult & UNEJOYABLE for most looking for out door entertainment ! I’ve cruised over 45 with Royal Caribbean & only get “were sorry”! Service in dining room was horrible, cold ,wrong orders & drinks to people, have cut staff all over the ship, our table started with 5 couples & only 1 remained the entire cruise, so it was either pay for other meals or eat nightly in Windjammer! Heard many say if this was 1st cruise, it would be their last ! They were VERY aware of our complaints but nothing was resolved ! Sorry unable to pull pics from phone to show! Have been LOYAL to Royal & that means NOTHING to them !
