This cruise was very disappointing. We did book and paid for a upgrade to a suite, all we got is a regular cabin with a bigger balcony, this is not a suite. Most of the staff is not service oriented and has a attitude, except the entertaining staff and the shows are great including the cruise director. The food is only OK, most of the service unfriendly. The buffet for breakfast and lunch is a disaster, the people are falling over each other because of the layout of the buffets. When we got finally on board after a lot of waiting and standing in line, there was nobody to welcome the new guest or information, all the staff we did see did try to sale drink packages or upgrades for restaurants. The ship is over all clean, big and tuff to find the way around. This was my second MSC cruise.

Cabin Review

Aurea Suite

Tide Cabin, defiantly not a suite. Worn couch.
