I had to use a scooter on this trip Cabin 8116 mini suite was behind a heavy fire door and I had to wait until someone came to open door so I could get to my cabin, The winds across balcony made it usable two nights I could not sleep because the chairs keep banging into each other. I was waiting for one to go over the side. Service at the buffet was non existed for a handicap person. The staff was too busy wiping down tables then to offer you a glass of water. The music on the ship was the worst I have ever encountered. Most of the singers could not hold a note. Jersey Boys was great. So if you have any kind of handicap and want to be treated as a second class citizen this is the cruise for you. You need better customer service training for staff
