we have been on 22 cruises,costa was the worst.the food was garbage,same food every day,entertainment if you want to call it that was terrible, staff was not fiendly some did not even speak english,tv in are cabin had 2 stations that were in english, also we recieved a letter in our cabin on the second day saying we were being charged $25.00 a day for service charges,we went down to the service desk to ask what this was for,they just kept saying it was a service charge,would not explain who it went to,i asked if it was for tips for there employees,they said no it was a service charge,and it was mandatory we had to pay it, the only nice thing i can say about this ship our cabin was nice and clean and we had a balcony,never cruise costa again,met alot of people on this cruise,from differant countrys,they were all feeling the same will never sail costa again,
