Our Viking Cruise experience was so enjoyable and staff services excellent from booking reservations, transfers for embarkation and disembarkation on board staff and amenities was exceptional, post trip to Iceland was great. Especially loved the variety of dining venues and quality of food and selection, included excursions available at every port and privileged access excursion to the Hermitage at Night with champagne reception and private concert were a memorable highlight.

Also enjoyed the spa amenities and fitness center to get some exercise on the at sea days on board ship. It was a good balance to work off the calories from the excellent specialty restaurants and World Cafe buffet that also freshly prepared daily special entrees to order. On Board enrichment lectures, cooking class and tour of kitchen with Chef, classical musicians, pianist in the Grand Lobby and at tea time in the Wintergarden, variety shows and entertainment by resident and visiting entertainers in the Show Room was fabulous.

This is my 5th Cruise and 2nd with Viking. Definitely planning my next adventure with Viking - love the ship amenities, but also love the friendly and staff services
