We have been on multiple NCL cruises in the past and have been completely satisfied. But, the most recent cruise on the Breakaway was pretty bad!

We took a Christmas cruise with the family. The ship was full and the staff did a poor job of handling the number of people that were on this cruise. There were lines everywhere. The concept of eating meals when you want to didn't work! Anytime eating should be rightfully called "Make a reservation or forget about it".

Many of the shows were cancelled with no explanation as to why cancellation was necessary. The shows that were operating were often so crowded that it was standing room only. Read more
