Sail Date: May 2009

having just returned from being on the thomson dream 25/5/10 this ship was in dry dock and started sailing this April having belonged to costa line and now owned by thomson it is due for a major ref-fit in October in my opinion this ship should not be on the high seas its not fit for the purpose previous reviews state a few teething problems you only get that with a new ship

the staff on board where not rude however it would have been nice to get a smile now and again instead of walking about with there heads down this reflected the general mood of the ship so this review will have not to many positives the food was adequate as long as you didn't burn your hands from the steam that was belching out from between the food containers the very long queues only caused by poor management ie same line for hot or cold food they should have been separated making two lines

i had to put up with flies in the cabin they looked like swamp flies and house keeper had to put fly killer down toilet and shower every day remember the word swamp it will become apparent walk through passageways that where sodden with water and engineers working on cabin toilets these should have been closed off for heath and safety reasons
